Council meetings

Keep abreast of what's happening at council meetings: meeting dates, agendas and minutes of all council committee meetings.

All meetings are held in council chambers and open to the public as per Local Government Regulation 2012.

Council chambers are located at:

  • Sunshine Coast City Hall - 54 First Avenue, Maroochydore.

See the Special Meeting (Budget Adoption) via YouTube video stream, and the Ordinary Meeting via YouTube video stream. 

The timeframe for publishing council meeting documents is:

  • agendas – by 2pm, 2 business days before a meeting (please check the website 2 days before for any changes to meeting dates, times or documentation)
  • minutes - within 10 days after the end of a meeting. This is the period that has been set by the Local Government Regulation 2012.
