Visit council offices

Service centres and office locations.

Customer contact counters and reception desks in Caloundra, Maroochydore and Nambour will close at 1.30pm on Tuesday 24 December 2024.

On Friday 27 December, please use one of our other methods to get in touch with us.

For those needing to visit council, the Caloundra office will reopen at 8.30am on Friday 27 December 2024. Maroochydore and Nambour offices will reopen on Monday 30 December 2024.

Council’s Customer Contact counters are open to the public.

Please ensure any documentation that is being submitted is already filled out – BYO pen is preferred.
