Development applications fee estimate calculator

The development application fee estimate calculator enables you to quickly and easily work out the cost of lodging an application to council

You can produce a fee estimate for your development applications. The calculator is designed to give you an estimate of the fee required to submit the following types of applications:

  • Material Change of Use (MCU)
  • Reconfiguration of a Lot (RAL)
  • Operational Works (OPWORKS)
  • Building.

If your application includes water and sewer services provided by Unitywater, you may incur a separate application process and charges. For further information contact Unitywater.

Development incentives are available subject to eligibility.

This fee estimate is based on the information you have provided and is to be used as a guide only.
