Carer's strain and burnout are very real and common amongst carer's of friends, family, loved ones, and Aged Care and disability participants.
Many carers find it difficult to find time to look after their own health and wellbeing needs. Being active however will help with the physical and emotional demands of caring for someone.
Starting Wednesday 12 June at 11.30am for 12 weeks (subject to demand) in Dicky Beach – book now for some ‘me’ time to focus on YOUR health and wellbeing.
