Make sure you don’t miss the chance to witness  Australian music legends Glenn Shorrock and Brian Cadd live at Council’s Nambour Civic Centre on Friday, July 3 at 8pm.

Shorrock and Cadd have shared an incredible musical adventure since they first collaborated in 1969 when they formed the Australian “supergroup” Axiom. It was through this unique partnership they produced huge Australian hits including Arkansas Grass, A Little Ray of Sunshine and My Baby's Gone.

Throughout the years, Shorrock (Little River Band) and Cadd (The Groop and esteemed songwriter) have collaborated on various projects and their latest, The Story of Sharky and the Caddman, is something quite spectacular.

The Story of Sharky and the Caddman features a wonderful collection of Axiom songs, a selection of Shorrock and Cadd's own timeless hits and some exciting new material, all bathed in the magic of this renewed ensemble.

The album was produced by Cadd and Shorrock and recorded in Melbourne with legendary engineer Doug Brady.

The superb band features Axiom’s original drummer Doug Lavery and guitarist Chris Stockley , and includes Sam See, Glyn Mason (whom together with Stockley form the renowned “Stockley, See and Mason”) and bassist Jason Vorherr.

With so many hits, history and highlights between the pair, fans can expect to be taken back in time over the past four decades with a smorgasbord of timeless smash hits from their past Aussie supergroups.

Tickets are $54 for adults or $52 for concession card holders. To book your ticket, please call the venue on 5475 7755 or visit www.scvenuesandevents.com.au
