Latin Dance Extravaganza goes Broadway for one night only

The Sunshine Coast Latin Dance Club presents a fun-filled night of entertainment with Dance on Broadway, a Latin Dance Extravaganza at Council’s Lake Kawana Community Centre on Saturday, May 16 from 6pm.

Feel the passion, grab the energy, get inspired and hold on to your seats while watching a spectacular live Latin dance stage show as they mix Latin dance with Broadway, performed by world-class dancers.

Audiences will be able to witness a full stage show from the comfort of a cabaret setting with gourmet canapés at their table. Then after the show, everyone is invited onto the dance floor for a fun and easy dance line up to kick off the dance party for everyone to dance the night away.

Guests are encouraged to dress to the occasion, elegant, cocktail or be inspired by the Latin dance theme or Broadway style to add to the fun of the night.

Performers include dancers from the World Salsa Open ProAm Championships, Australian Salsa Cabaret Championships, Dancing with the Stars, Australia’s Rio Carnival Samba Queen, star performers from Jupiters Casino’s Brazouka and many more talented performers.

Dancers will also be accompanied by the Buderim 40-piece concert band. There will be raffles, prizes and a bar on the night.

Tickets are $47 for adults or a table of 10 for $420. Ticket purchase includes a sit down stage show, gourmet canapés and after show dancing.
