Pomona school pool

A Community Partnership Grant allocated to the Pomona pool by Sunshine Coast Council means there will be more swimming time for the people of Pomona this summer season.

Council has provided the operators of the pool with an increased grant allocation to enable a slightly longer swim season, as well as increased hours for community access each week — just in time for the summer school holidays.

Pomona school pool is an active healthy lifestyle option for Pomona residents and is an important community meeting place.

Eljays Swimming, the operators of Pomona school pool, encourage squad/lap swimming, aqua aerobics, learn to swim classes and general aquatic recreation.

Pomona School Pool is now open 38 hours per week at various times.

Located on Station Street, the facility offers a six lane, 25 metre pool with shaded seating area.
