Maroochydore Beach
Beach access points 141 - 153. Patrolled all year round, the Maroochydore Surf Life Saving Club is located near Beach Parade, at Beach Access 146. This a popular open stretch of beach that has nearby cafes, restaurants, takeway outlets as well as parks and playgrounds.
Maroochy Surf Club is located near Beach Parade where there are beach showers and public amenities. Also beside the Surf Club is a Memorial paying tribute to the victims of the 1950 RAAF Wirraway plane crash on the beach. Pierce Park at Melrose Parade has picnic facilities, a playground, public amenities and is across the road from the Maroochydore Beach Holiday Park.
