Venue Information

Bellvista Meeting Place is nestled centrally within Canavan Gracie Recreational Park and overlooks the Bellvista Lake.  The space is self-service and has a large open meeting room with sliding glass windows and bi-fold doors that open onto a timber deck area at the rear of the venue. Bookable hours are 6am – 10pm, 7 days a week.

Note that all applicable fees and charges will be confirmed at the time of booking. Venue hire and bond charges are dependent on the hirer and event.

Cleaning POA: Required for events where food and beverages are consumed and/or have a large number of attendees

Security: Charges range from $75 to $120 per guard/per hour - required for all considered high-risk events. Minimum duty requirement of 5 hours applies.
