Horizon

Horizon is the Sunshine Coast's leading contemporary arts festival running for 10 days and nights.

Horizon is the Sunshine Coast's leading contemporary multi-arts festival. The festival runs for 10 days and nights with events rich in:

  • visual art
  • music
  • theatre
  • dance
  • words and ideas
  • film
  • workshops
  • kids and family events
  • and more.

First presented by the Sunshine Coast Council in 2016, Horizon is a key action in the Sunshine Coast Creative Arts Plan.

Horizon 2023 ran from Friday 25 August - Sunday 3 September. The full festival program can be viewed on the Horizon website.
