Community CoLab

Located on the Ground Floor of Sunshine Coast Council City Hall, 54 First Avenue Maroochydore. The venue entrance is via Lightning Lane.

Community CoLab

Community CoLab offers a versatile self-service, accessible space accommodating up to 20 people, providing an excellent venue for a variety of small events. The venue is available to hire between 6:00am to 8:00pm, seven days a week.

Fees and charges

Community/Not For Profit (NFP) - hire per hour$25
Regular bookings - hire per hour$30
Casual bookings - hire per hour$40

Note that all applicable fees and charges will be confirmed at the time of booking. Venue hire and bond charges are dependent on the hirer and event. To qualify for Community/Not For Profit rate the group, school or government organisation must provide documented proof.

All bookings must have current Public Liability Insurance with a minimum of $20 million coverage. Private individuals may qualify to use Council’s Public Liability Insurance. For more information, refer to conditions of hire.
