Moffat Beach park lies between Seaview Terrace and the base of Moffat Head.  Over looking the beach, this park provides a naturally sheltered surf themed playground, as well as shelters with picnic and barbecue facilities. Off street car parking is provided.  The park is a 250 metre walk up the hill to the Ma and Pa Bendall lookout offering breathtaking views to the north and to the east.  The coastal pathway continues south to Shelly Beach and north to Dicky Beach.

On the northern side of Moffat Beach Park is the Eleanor Shipley Memorial Park on Tooway Lake. Both of these parks are popular for weddings and other events
