Kawana Community Hall is a multi-functional, self-service venue adjacent to the Kawana Library and within close proximity to shops, public transport, parks and Kawana Beach.

Officially opened in 1989, the venue maintains its original charm and remains a very popular venue for the community to undertake a diverse range of regular activities. A commercial kitchen is incorporated into the venue for use in conjunction with events (kitchen is not available for independent/exclusive hire). Bookable hours are 6am – midnight, 7 days a week. Note: Amplified noise must cease at 10pm.

Note that all applicable fees and charges will be confirmed at the time of booking. Venue hire and bond charges are dependent on the hirer and event.
Cleaning POA: Required for events where food and beverages are consumed and/or have a large number of attendees.
Security: Charges range from $75 to $120 per guard/per hour - required for all considered high-risk events. Minimum duty requirement of 5 hours applies.
