The Sunshine Coast Housing Monitor website provides statistics in relation to housing supply, diversity, affordability and availability.

The Housing Monitor presents the statistics in the form of tables and graphs and provides this information for a range of household types and income brackets across various localities on the Sunshine Coast.

Data and findings provided in the Housing Monitor are able to be easily incorporated into reports and correspondence.

The Housing Monitor enables key housing information to be accessible in a consistent form across Council and the community.
