Sunshine Coast Council Corporate Plan 2025-30
Sunshine Coast Council has a new Corporate Plan 2025-30. It was adopted at the Ordinary Meeting on 27 February 2025 and sets a new direction for Council and the Sunshine Coast community.
By adopting a new Corporate Plan in February, it allows time for the Corporate Plan to guide the direction and development of the 2025-26 Budget and Operational Plan.
The new Corporate Plan will start on 1 July 2025 and will replace the current Corporate Plan 2024-2028 that remains in place until 30 June 2025.

Operational plan
To achieve our goals, Council develops an Operational Plan each financial year. The Operational Plan is aligned to the Corporate Plan and progresses a range of activities, projects, programs and services that are funded through the annual Budget.
The Operational Plan forms an important part of Council’s strategic planning processes and enables Council to monitor and adjust our annual work commitments to ensure they continue to meet the needs of our community.
Quarterly reports
Council monitors the progress of our annual Operational Plan through annual and quarterly reports.
